Location: The Studio, Tower Grange, Holderness Road, Hull HU8 9AR. Time: 18:15 Spaces: 10 Resonance & Flow: A Restorative Evening of Lymphatic Healing & Sound. A long awaited collaboration between Spine, Body and Soul and Jayne’s Holistic Therapies. Through gentle stretch, lymphatic activating self-massage, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your body - releasing stagnation and inviting flow. Ending with Jayne’s soothing sound bath to carry you deeper, as resonance moves through every cell, harmonising your inner and outer worlds. This is a space for soft release. For slowing down. For returning to the rhythm within. **Please arrive no earlier than 6pm to allow us time to set up. Bring blankets and cushions to ensure your comfort throughout, water bottles to stay hydrated. Any injuries or medical conditions need to be disclosed with the facilitators at the time of booking.**
