In the style of an intimate sharing circle, we come together to activate our inner waters and set intentions for the next lunar cycle.

Included: Guided lymphatic self-activation, fascia releases, hands on breathwork, chakra meditation, journaling and plant medicine.

The moon controls the oceans and we have an internal ocean; our lymph.
We are 3/4 water and have twice as much lymph than blood at any one time.

These events are to activate, cleanse, charge and release, ready for the next lunar cycle.

Wear loose comfy clothing that allows movement and stretching, bring cushions or extra blankets for your comfort. Limit large meals and caffeine before hand, have access to drinking water for during.

Resonance & Flow: A Restorative Evening of Lymphatic Healing & Sound.
A long awaited collaboration between Spine, Body and Soul and Jayne’s Holistic Therapies.

Through gentle stretch, lymphatic activating self-massage, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your body - releasing stagnation and inviting flow.
Ending with Jayne’s soothing sound bath to carry you deeper, as resonance moves through every cell, harmonising your inner and outer worlds.

This is a space for soft release. For slowing down. For returning to the rhythm within.

**Please arrive no earlier than 6pm to allow us time to set up. Bring blankets and cushions to ensure your comfort throughout, water bottles to stay hydrated. Any injuries or medical conditions need to be disclosed with the facilitators at the time of booking.**

Full body lymphatic system activation to encourage drainage, facilitate detoxification, boost immunity, reduce pain and aid in overall healing and cellular health.

Consisting of just the face and upper body, to activate and improve drainage of the face and chest, aiding puffiness, congestion and boosting skins natural glow.

Pre / Post operative

Manual lymphatic drainage is a specialised massage technique created to reduce water retention, boosting immunity, facilitating detoxification, help with pain and overall cellular level health. 

Area specific consists of full system activation with the main area of concern being the emphasis.

This initial consultation is mandatory for all new clients to allow time for assessment and treatment. Thereafter 30/60minute treatments can be booked.

Deep Tissue Therapy is a specialised massage technique that helps aid the body in releasing areas of tightness, pain and restriction within the fascia, on a deep level.

If this is your first session, a consultation will be completed at the start which can take around 15 - 20 minutes.

Initial Consultation

Deep therapeutic massage techniques are used on areas of tightness and restriction, to help the deep layers fascia unwind, to aid in reducing pain and allowing relaxation.
