Using the side door on Belvoir St for entry ** In the style of an intimate sharing circle, we come together to activate our inner waters and set intentions for the next lunar cycle. Included: Guided lymphatic self-activation, fascia releases, breathwork, meditation, journaling and plant medicine. The moon controls the oceans and we have an internal ocean; our lymph. We are 3/4 water and have twice as much lymph than blood at any one time. These events are to activate, cleanse, charge and release, ready for the next lunar cycle. Cellular level. Physical level.
