Lunar Lymph

Description

Set in the grounds of Hesslewood Buisness park, within Temple Gym. In the style of an intimate sharing circle, we come together to activate our inner waters and set intentions for the next lunar cycle. Includes: Guided lymphatic self-activation, breathwork, meditation, journaling and plant medicine. The moon controls the oceans and we have an internal ocean; our lymph. We are 3/4 water and have twice as much lymph than blood at any one time. These events are to activate, cleanse, charge and release, ready for the next lunar cycle.
