Location: Held within the studio space of Art Link Studios 87 Princes Ave, HU5 3 QP (Using the side door on Belvoir St for entry) In the style of an intimate sharing circle, we come together to activate our inner waters and set intentions for the next lunar cycle. Included: Guided lymphatic self-activation, fascia releases, hands on breathwork, chakra meditation, journaling and plant medicine. The moon controls the oceans and we have an internal ocean; our lymph. We are 3/4 water and have twice as much lymph than blood at any one time.
