Deep therapeutic massage techniques are used on areas of tightness and restriction, to help the deep layers fascia unwind, to aid in reducing pain and allowing relaxation. If this is your first session, then an "Initial Consultation" should be booked first to allow time for assessment and treatment. *Please note: Card details are required to secure your booking, but no payment or deposit will be taken at this time.
