In the style of an intimate sharing circle, we come together to activate our inner waters and set intentions for the next lunar cycle.

Includes: Guided lymphatic self-activation, breathwork, meditation, journaling and plant medicine.

The moon controls the oceans and we have an internal ocean; our lymph.
