In the style of an intimate sharing circle, we come together to activate our inner waters and set intentions for the next lunar cycle.

Included: Guided lymphatic self-activation, fascia releases, breathwork, meditation, journaling and plant medicine.

The moon controls the oceans and we have an internal ocean; our lymph.
We are 3/4 water and have twice as much lymph than blood at any one time.

These events are to activate, cleanse, charge and release, ready for the next lunar cycle.
